Game week 3 ended with lots of drama with 37 goals scored. So far this season, 18 penalties have been awarded to 12 teams with Leicester city getting 5 penalty calls. Here is a look at what Game week 4 might look like.
Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur
Manchester United will be playing host to former Manager, Jose Mourinho’s team,
Tottenham Hotspur and this is one game to look forward to. Manchester United barely got
through with a win last week but for the controversial penalty call that came after the final
whistle and they will be looking to get a win to make it four successive wins in all
competitions so far.
Manchester United have won 1 of their 2 games, barely getting past with a win against
Brighton last week and Ole Gunnar Solksjaer’s boys will need team brilliance in this game.
Still no proof of signing their Summer target Jordan Sancho from Dortmund, Ole must make do
with the lemons in the current football players to make Lemonade in order to ensure that they
make top 4 this season. If he must win against Spurs, his team must work defensively to
ensure they do not concede, as the backline has looked very tricky so far.
While Manchester United enjoyed last minute drama via Penalty call, Spurs were penalized
for a hand ball deep into stoppage time against Newcastle with the match ending in a one-all
draw and will be looking to put that behind them. Spurs could be without important
midfielder, Heung-Min Son after he suffered an injury last week but Spurs’ full-backs could
give united a tough time on the field.
The last 14 meetings between these two sides never ended levelled as the Red Devils have
claimed 11 wins while Spurs have won just 3 but a draw is highly predicted or a win for
Spurs at full time.
